During reconnaissance activities on the southern front, the 73rd Marine Special Operations Centre of the Ukrainian Armed Forces identified Russian troops engaged in the construction of new fortifications and a command post. This intelligence led to the Special Operations Forces pinpointing the exact location of the Russian personnel involved in these construction efforts.
Following the identification of the target, the coordinates were transmitted to the missile and artillery unit of the Ukrainian Defence Forces. Subsequently, the Ukrainian forces directed the fire of a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) towards the location where the Russian soldiers were building the fortifications.
