A 30-day “Burn and Build” strategy is recommended by Men’s Health to cover all fitness bases and produce results by fusing several exercise modalities. 
 
Men’s Health MVPs are committed to their long-term fitness goals and are willing to invest in their health through top-tier information and training. These goals include not only gaining muscle but also moving well and honing strength and stability for real-life activities. However, with so many training approaches available, it can be challenging to know where to focus one’s efforts. Men’s Health suggests trying their “Burn and Build” plan for 30 days, which combines different training styles to cover all fitness bases while still achieving results. This plan includes three sessions to cycle through, and participants can take time off as needed for an effective, low-pressure program. The plan promises to help individuals build strength, reveal definition, and reduce the risk of injury.
