Raytheon and Lockheed Martin Secure Missile System Modification Deal

The Raytheon-Lockheed Martin Javelin JV in Tucson, Arizona has secured a $13.48 million modification to a contract for the Javelin Missile System, set to complete in July 2024.

The Raytheon-Lockheed Martin Javelin JV in Tucson, Arizona has secured a $13.48 million modification to a contract for the Javelin Missile System, set to complete in July 2024. LiteFighter Tactical LLC of Roswell, Georgia, won a $200 million contract for commercial shelters and related components. Meanwhile, Aurora Industries LLC in Orocovis, Puerto Rico received a $16.61 million contract extension for various types of coats.
  

Key Points: 

  1. Raytheon-Lockheed Martin Javelin JV was awarded a $13.48 million modification to a contract for the Javelin Missile System. Work is scheduled to be completed by July 29, 2024. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is overseeing the contracting activity.
  2. LiteFighter Tactical LLC secured a $200 million firm-fixed-price contract for commercial shelters and related components. This four-year contract will see work performed in several states, including Kentucky, Mississippi, Texas, Massachusetts, and Colorado. The contract ends in July 2027.
  3. Aurora Industries LLC has been granted a maximum $16.61 million modification, marking the exercise of the third one-year option period of a one-year base contract for various types of coats. This contract is set to end in July 2024. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is handling the contract activity.
