Following a deadly attack on a Moscow concert hall, where over 130 individuals lost their lives, footage has emerged online purportedly showing the torture of suspects linked to the incident. Among the circulating videos, one depicts security forces allegedly mutilating a suspect by cutting off his ear and attempting to force him to consume it. Another video showcases a man seemingly enduring electric shocks to his groin, while a third displays security forces assaulting a man with rifle butts and kicks as he lies in the snow.
Isis has claimed responsibility for the attack and has released graphic footage of the assailants firing upon the crowd within the concert venue.
The four suspected individuals were brought before a court, all showing clear signs of physical abuse; one had substantial bandaging on his right ear and multiple bruises, and another was presented unconscious in a wheelchair, with a photo later circulating showing the man missing an eye.
