Ukrainian attack drones reportedly carried out a long-range strike on Russia’s Ufa oil refinery, one of the country’s largest fuel production facilities.
Residents of Ufa reported a powerful explosion in the city on Monday night. While Russia has not yet released an official assessment of the damage, footage from the scene confirms that fires broke out at the facility following the attack.

The Ufa oil refinery, with an annual production capacity of 20 million tons, is a critical asset for Russia’s defense infrastructure. It provides aviation fuel, diesel for military equipment, and lubricants essential for armored vehicles, aircraft, and transport operations.

The recent strike in Ufa comes days after Ukraine hit the Ilsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai. The refinery, located in the Seversky district, processes up to 6.6 million tons of oil annually.
