The US Navy has granted Valley Apparel LLC a three-year contract worth $18.6 million to provide cold weather garments. 

Valley Apparel LLC, situated in Knoxville, Tennessee, has been awarded a fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for cold weather coats valued up to $18,627,104. The contract was granted via a competitive acquisition procedure in which three bids were received. The jackets’ principal customer will be the US Navy, and the contract will last three years with no option periods. The jacket ordering period will finish on April 24, 2026. The contract is funded with defense working capital funds from fiscal years 2023 to 2026. The contract was awarded by the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, situated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under contract number SPE1C1-23-D-0045.
