Two individuals in the military vehicle sustained injuries and were transported to a hospital, according to reports. No other vehicles were involved in the incident.

The military unit was not identified, but the vehicle’s location suggests a likely connection to Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), which is about 45 miles south. JBLM units often use I-90 to travel to training areas like the Yakima Training Center.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
