Four suspects have been charged in a Moscow court over the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall that resulted in 137 deaths. Identified as citizens of Tajikistan, Saidakrami Murodali Rachabalizoda, Dalerdzhon Barotovich Mirzoyev, Shamsidin Fariduni, and Muhammadsobir Fayzov, they face charges related to conducting a terror attack.

This incident, the deadliest on Russian soil in two decades, has been claimed by the Islamic State (IS), intensifying scrutiny over Russia’s security measures and political narratives.
