Russia relies heavily on components and finished products from China, many of which are integrated into its military equipment, including drones.
In March 2025, Militarnyi reported that Shahed kamikaze drones used by Russia were equipped with a new 16-element CRPA antenna designed to overcome Ukrainian electronic warfare systems.
