Ukraine has used U.S.-provided ATACMS missiles against Russian forces for the first time since the invasion by Moscow. The missiles were secretly deployed to Ukraine recently as the country strives to reclaim its territory.

Key Points:

  1. Ukraine deployed ATACMS missiles, a move marked as the first utilization of these U.S.-provided weapons against Russian forces.
  2. The U.S. had secretly supplied these missiles to Ukraine recently, indicating international support for the country in its conflict with Russia.
  3. This development underscores Ukraine’s ongoing efforts to regain territory lost during Russia’s invasion.
  4. The use of foreign missile supplies highlights the intensification of the conflict and the involvement of international powers in the situation.
