Bangladesh law enforcement agencies are on high alert and taking preventive measures to thwart any potential terrorist attacks during the upcoming Ramadan, Eid, and Bengali New Year celebrations.

Law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh are on high alert to prevent any potential terrorist attacks during the upcoming Ramadan, Eid, and Bengali New Year celebrations. Intelligence surveillance has been increased, and information is being collected, although there is no information about the capability of militants to carry out attacks. Law and order forces are considering past attacks and working to thwart any terrorist attack plans. Detective teams are on the ground to ensure that no militant group can create any kind of mischief ahead of the festival. Meanwhile, law enforcement officials have tracked down ten out of 55 youths who have joined the new militant organization Jama’atul Ansar Fil Hindal Sharqiya and received military training, but the leaders of the organization are still out of reach. Law enforcement officials have urged people to remain vigilant during the celebrations.
