A Russian drone struck a group of civilians repairing a roof in Kherson, according to a report from Telegrafi and a video shared by Russian military blogs.
The video, initially posted on Russia’s “Z-blogs,” captures the drone striking a civilian building where several men were working to repair damage from previous attacks. Moments later, the drone explodes on impact. The condition of the civilians remains unknown.

The incident adds to growing concerns about Russia’s deliberate targeting of civilian areas, as no Ukrainian military personnel were reported near the site.
Kherson has seen regular shelling and drone attacks since Ukrainian forces retook the city in November 2022. Russian forces continue to launch strikes from the opposite side of the Dnipro River.
