An Israeli airstrike reportedly eliminated 14 members of Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) in the town of Janta, Southern Lebanon. Among the casualties, several senior officers are claimed to have been killed, although these reports remain unconfirmed. The attack targeted a two-story building and has also resulted in multiple injuries near the city of Tyre, according to the Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Mayadeen television channel.
Egyptian media sources, including Al Qahera, report that Hashim Safi Al Din, head of Hezbollah’s Executive Council and considered the second-in-command within the organization, was among those killed in the strike. Safi Al Din, a cousin of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, is a key figure within the group’s leadership
