The interception involved the launch of two missiles by the C-Dome system.
The aerial target, speculated to be launched by the Islamic Resistance of Iraq, was heading towards Eilat at the time of interception. This operation highlights the operational capabilities of the C-Dome system aboard Israeli naval vessels, specifically designed for the interception of various aerial threats.
