The operation was executed using an Israeli Air Force (IAF) aircraft.
Nofal was not only pivotal in conducting counter-espionage activities but also played a crucial role in advancing Hamas’ research and development processes. His responsibilities included the development of organizational learning methods, enhancing Hamas’ ability to adapt and evolve in its operational tactics.
