Hezbollah launched approximately 150 rockets at northern Israel on Wednesday night in what Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) described as a “joint and integrated operation” between the two forces.
The barrage triggered air raid sirens across Haifa, the Galilee, and the Golan Heights, marking the largest Hezbollah attack on Israel since cross-border hostilities intensified earlier this month. The Israel Home Front Command ordered all residents in affected areas to remain in shelters.

The IRGC said in a statement conveyed by Iran’s Tasnim news agency that Iranian forces launched several ballistic missiles while Hezbollah simultaneously fired rockets and drones at more than 50 targets across Israel. Israeli air defense systems intercepted all Iranian ballistic missiles targeting central, northern, and southern Israel, according to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

Israel Police said debris from intercepted rockets and munitions fell in several Galilee communities, causing property damage but no reported injuries. Emergency responders from Magen David Adom, Israel’s national emergency medical service, surveyed the impact sites.
This coordinated strike comes after several weeks of mounting frontier conflict, a period where the IDF claims to have neutralized numerous missile batteries and various terrorist assets throughout Lebanese territory.
