A potent “fire and ice” treatment that increases endurance, muscle growth, detoxification, and general wellbeing is produced by combining infrared sauna therapy and cryotherapy.

The combination of infrared sauna therapy and cryotherapy offers powerful health benefits. Infrared saunas and cryotherapy chambers are popular techniques for improving recovery, soothing sore muscles, and detoxifying the body. When used together, they create a 1-2 punch for boosting endurance and muscle growth. The alternating temperatures trigger heat stress responses that release heat shock proteins, promoting tissue repair and reducing free radicals. For optimal results, it is recommended to precede whole body cryotherapy treatments with infrared sauna sessions to induce vasodilation and flush out toxins. This combination, known as the “fire and ice” treatment, can soothe pain, improve sleep, and boost immunity. Additionally, both infrared sauna therapy and cryotherapy have individual benefits, such as detoxification, relaxation, improved circulation, and enhanced recovery.
