A Digital Prototype Project (DPP) for the Undersea Systems Program is being considered for award by the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Directorate of Procurement, on behalf of USSOCOM Program Executive Office-Maritime (PEO-M) (USP) In order to evaluate whether the “digital prototype project” has been successfully completed and, if so, whether a follow-on production contract will be awarded to that offeror, the OTA Agreements will require the grantees to build, test, and showcase their project.
