As the Taliban continue to lock down more areas, Afghan allies are being left behind. A group of former US special operations forces launched a mission known as the “Pineapple Express” to help hundreds of at-risk Afghan elite forces and their families escape. The group says they have been able to move over 500 Afghans so far and will not stop anytime soon.
