There is a fresh wave of war crimes prosecutions in Europe. In Ukraine, 15 000 current instances of military aggression have been documented.
Ukraine has identified over 600 suspected Russian war criminals and has begun prosecuting over 80. Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova said that the suspect list includes “military leaders, politicians, and propagandists.” Estonia, Latvia, and Slovakia have chosen to participate in an international inquiry team in Ukraine.
Since Russia invaded Ukraine, authorities have discovered 15,000 instances of war crimes, according to Prosecutor General Yulia Venediktova.
