From February to March, Saber Strike 22 was a multinational military exercise that brought together NATO Allies to practice essential capabilities in support of ground operations. Airmen from the United States served with Czech airmen to perform air defense training and provide close air support if hostile targets came too near to friendly troops. “It is critical that we integrate with our NATO colleagues to understand how we function,” Maj Gen. James Hodges, head of the Joint Tactical Air Corps, said (JTAC).
