Ten veterans of special operations are gearing up for a record-breaking attempt to skydive onto every continent in seven days while also raising money for a charity that provides scholarships for Gold Star families.
Fred Williams, a former Navy SEAL, jumps from a plane in Arizona. Williams is one of ten special operations veterans who will attempt to skydive into seven continents in seven days in an effort to shatter a world record. The trip is known as the Triple 7 mission since it includes seven days, seven skydives, and seven continents. The squad will set a new world record if they are successful. The fastest time to perform a skydive on all six continents was set by Martin Downs in 2008, making that year’s accomplishment the most comparable. The veterans will dive into Chile, Spain, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and Florida. Their adventure will be documented by a team under the direction of Daniel Myrick.
