According to the secretary of the Army, three other nations have joined the U.S. coordinating effort to aid Ukraine. The 10th Special Forces Group had formed following Russia’s February invasion of Crimea. It has assisted in coordinating the transfer of weapons and equipment across Ukraine: National Guardsmen have also assisted Ukrainian forces in training towed howitzers.
