In order to examine the impact of red and green room colors on stress levels, Minnesota State University studied 30 first-year college students. The findings revealed that participants who were placed in a red room felt more stressed than those who were in a green or white room. Green can strengthen happy emotions while weakening negative ones, according to WebMD. White also appears to have a comparable impact. Red, on the other hand, evokes stronger negative feelings because it is associated with failure and danger. The best colors are green, blue, blush pink, and white.
