A video posted on Twitter of a mock hostage rescue supposedly performed by the Combat Application Group, the generic name for Delta Force, demonstrates how quickly they can work. It is unclear whether the video actually shows CAG members but even so it shows how quickly SOF work.
Missions like these usually require weeks of surveillance and planning. Knowing as much information as possible is critical to harm reduction.
