The four-move dumbbell and bodyweight circuit is for those who want to work their chest muscles but find all of the gym benches occupied.
The circuit involves a mechanical drop set, where you work from the toughest movement to the easiest, increasing the reps as you go. The circuit is designed to leave no muscle fiber unscathed. There are no rest periods between movements, but you should take 2-3 minutes at the end of each round to let your muscles recover. The four movements are incline dumbbell bench press, flat dumbbell bench press, press-up on dumbbells, and hands-elevated press-ups. Completing five rounds of this circuit to get the desired results.
