Over time, it has been obvious that he believes Al-Qaeda and ISIS intend to continue and expand their terrorist networks both inside and outside the nation. The Taliban’s favorable posture in this matter is particularly unsettling because these groups are abusing Afghanistan as a conducive center and posing a terrible threat to other neighboring countries like India, Pakistan, and others. After all, the Taliban’s emergence as a state player in the modern era and its victory over traditional politics have opened doors for terrorist organizations.
