Through the assistance of SOWF financing and collaboration with the Scholarships & Family Outreach team, more than 450 kids have graduated from college to date.
The Special Operations Warrior Foundation seeks to give surviving children of deceased Special Operations personnel and offspring of all Medal of Honor recipients full post-secondary educational support and educational opportunities. More than 1,600 Special Operations Warriors’ children have survived since 1980. The Special Operations Warrior Foundation provides immediate financial aid to severely wounded, ill, and injured Special Operations Personnel as well as full post-secondary educational support and additional educational opportunities “cradle to career” for eligible surviving children of fallen Special Operations Personnel and children of all Medal of Honor Recipients.
