A Russian electronic warfare system in the seized city of Polohy, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, was destroyed by the Ukrainian troops.
In order to obstruct the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy’s electronic warfare equipment was employed to stifle mobile communications in the settlement, and the Special Operations Forces unit pinpointed its precise location in the city. The Russian electronic warfare system was destroyed by Ukrainian artillery after the Special Operations Forces gave the location to them. The SOF notes that the destruction of an enemy S-300 system that fired at the maternity home in the town of Vilniansk in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, killing a newborn, distinguished this particular unit earlier.
