Authorities say a US Army soldier has been arrested in connection with his wife’s murder.
Camden Tyre Barnum, 30, of Crestview, Florida, is being held as the alleged gunman who killed his wife, Rictaysha Barnum, 31. Crestview Police say they responded to a shots fired complaint on December 28. Officers arrived on the scene and discovered Mrs. Barnum’s body. According to WKRG, Camden is an Army Human Intelligence Collection Analyst assigned to the 1st Battalion, 7th SFG(A), and will report to the 7th Special Forces Group in 2021. Camden Barnum was arrested at the site and taken to the Okaloosa County Jail, where he is awaiting his murder trial.
