PANAMA CITY, PANAMA — A Norfolk-based sailor died Saturday morning after falling from the 14th floor of an apartment building in the upscale neighborhood of Punta Paitilla in downtown Panama City.Petty Officer John P. Youngerman, 26, was a member of a SEAL unit based at Little Creek Amphibious Base in Norfolk, the U. .Thanks for the help.  I still have rumors of a SEAL falling to his death trying to climb a church steeple in SOUTHCOM.  Evidently trying to ring the bell.  If anyone recalls anything would appreciate it.
2015 Memorial Day Summit of Mount McKinley (Denali)I am a former SEAL (Class 259/260, Team 4) and am climbing Denali in May of this year with a team of wounded vets with the hopes of summiting on Memorial Day. We created a website for people to submit any names of military members who they want to remember for us to take to the top of North America, and fly them on a flag over the summit. I wanted to reach out to our community in hopes you could share our cause and website in your networks. I am having a flag made up with the names of every Frog that we have lost since 9/11 that I’m taking along with me. I hope you can share this so we can impact as many people as possible on Memorial Day. The link below will take you to our website; let me know what you think and thank you for your time.v/rJosh Jespersenhttp://www.missionmemorialday.comIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Lee McDonald on Saturday, 04 March 2015.Mike was a graduate of UDT Training Class 39 on 18 May 1967 in Little Creek and served with UDT-22, SEAL Team TWO in Vietnam, and was a Plank Owner at SEAL Team SIX.
