The Pentagon is canceling the intention of replacing its tiny fleet of Boeing 757s that carry the vice president and other top-level cabinet officials as Air Force Two. The Air Force’s fiscal 2022 budget proposal, which was given to Congress on Friday, removed support for the project. Three new businesses were awarded contracts by the Air Force last year to create fast-moving elite aircraft carriers.
