Navy Searching for Case of Missiles That Fell Off Helicopter into Pacific Ocean | NBCS Sand Diego

Must Read

According to the US Navy, missiles with live warheads and missing components fell into the water.

In June, two containers containing five RIM-116 Rolling Airframe Missiles dropped from an MH-60s Knighthawk helicopter. They lack components, and it is improbable that they would explode underwater, according to the Navy. The United States Navy has not imposed a time limit on the search for the lost munitions.
