MemComputing, Inc., a disruptive high-performance computing technology developer, announced today two Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contracts in support of Space Force and Air Force goals. Current space robotic technologies are capable of berthing and constructing enormous space constructions, but they struggle to perform jobs like catching trash tumbling across space. Satellites and other critical US space assets, as well as our national security, are put in danger by space debris. To improve its autonomous Rendezvous and Proximity Operations, MemComputing will investigate this topic with the AFRL/RVSV RNGRS Program in partnership with the USSF (RPO). The 361st Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group (ACC ISRG) have a cutting-edge signal processing technology.
