Early morning workouts, intermittent fasting, and dynamic exercises are his secrets to staying fit and energetic, and he is now spearheading “Wahlberg Week” to inspire others to push themselves harder.
Mark Wahlberg, the Oscar-nominated actor and Chief Brand Officer of F45 gym chain, is known for his early morning workouts. He wakes up at 2:30 am and hits the gym by 4 am, even after tweaking his neck on the golf course. Wahlberg recommends going to bed early to be able to wake up early and get in a good workout. He also practices intermittent fasting, eating his first meal at noon, and another at 3 pm, and the last one before 6 pm. Wahlberg credits fasting for helping him stay lean and energetic, and it has been a significant change in his training routine in recent years. He advises incorporating dynamic movements and exercises as you get older to be able to move better. Wahlberg is spearheading “Wahlberg Week,” a seven-pack of free workouts co-programmed with trainer Gunnar Peterson, to inspire people to push themselves harder.
