Marine Corps veteran left homeless gets new tiny house for Christmas | Marine Corps Times

Must Read

Hoy M. Young Jr. is a US Marine Corps veteran who settled in West Virginia after eight years of service. In September, his home was caught on fire and burned to the ground leaving him with no choice to stay in the cab of his truck. Neighbors later learned that Young has no intention of moving from the site and hand in hand helped in providing him temporary shelter and basic needs. Later on, Jesse Boggs, founder of Vision Appalachia, learned about Young’s story who was actually looking for a deserving veteran for a tiny house. On Dec. 7, Young received the most unexpected gift for Christmas – a tiny house he can call home.
