Javeno McLean, a powerlifting champion, has established a unique and inclusive gym called J7 Health Center, located in Manchester, United Kingdom. The gym is dedicated to training people with disabilities and the elderly, providing them with a safe and supportive environment to improve their physical and mental well-being.
Driven by his passion for fitness and the desire to make a difference, the 36-year-old father of two started his journey by volunteering to train two individuals with disabilities. This experience proved to be life-changing, as word spread about Javeno’s compassionate and effective approach to training. Consequently, the gym’s clientele grew, now including 15 disabled children and around 30 elderly adults.
