Norway sent two NASAMS firing units for Ukraine’s air defense when Ukraine deployed anti-tank missiles to destroy Russian observation towers and Russia launched missiles at Zaporizhzhia city.Â
The Ukrainian military has destroyed three Russian autonomous observation towers in the Bryansk and Kursk regions using anti-tank guided missiles and a kamikaze drone. The destroyed towers were capable of observing Ukrainian territory up to 15 km deep, reacting to movement and adjusting the work of artillery, assisting Russian reconnaissance and sabotage groups and carrying out other military tasks. Furthermore, Russia has launched a missile strike on the city of Zaporizhzhia, causing damage to a critical infrastructure object. The Ukrainian Air Force is ready to send servicemen to Norway to undergo training on the Norwegian Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) to protect its airspace. The US and European Union have confirmed their readiness to support a partnership for sustainable economic development and stand united in solidarity with Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression. They are also working to ensure that Ukraine has the security, economic, and humanitarian support it needs to defend itself from Russian aggression.Â
