Rhee Ken, a veteran Navy SEAL, is promoted to a leadership position in the Ukrainian War.
According to reports, 37-year-old former Korean Navy SEAL lieutenant and YouTuber Rhee Ken has been elevated to a top post in the Ukrainian military. On Monday, Anton Gerashchenko, the former deputy minister, and official adviser for the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, said on Twitter that Rhee had been appointed to a “senior role.” He claimed that the new rank would allow the former Navy SEAL “much latitude in planning actions against [Russian] soldiers.” Khen Rhee is hoping that official documentation from the Ukrainian government will help his case when he eventually returns home to Korea, which is suspected to place him under arrest following his “informal” exit and eventual entrance into a warzone.
