Israeli special forces [Yamam] conducted a raid at the home of a person suspected of the shooting of security officers at the Shuafat border crossing Sunday morning. Noa Lazar, an 18-year-old Military Police officer, was killed and a 30-year-old security guard was seriously injured. The suspect fired seven shots before his gun jammed after the automobile halted at the checkpoint. To get a ride to Modi’in, the terrorist pretended to be hitchhiking.
