Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service continues anti-ISIS operations in coordination with Kurdish Asayish | Kurdistan 24

In Erbil, Iraq, Counter Terrorism Services (CTS) apprehended four ISIS members with the help of the regional security forces called the Asayish.

The two highly trained Anti-terror forces have worked together frequently in the last few years, and have apprehended 14 ISIS members in joint operations since April. “The coordination between the CTS and KRG CT (Counter Terrorism) entities is by far the most detailed of all Iraqi Federal coordination with KRG,” said retired US Army Special Forces Colonel and Middle East Foreign Area Officer David M.
