U.S. With over 1,300 servicemen from 30 participating countries, Flintlock 2023 will be held in Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire from March 1–15, 2023, under the direction of Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAF).
American is Flintlock. African and international special operations forces’ skills are bolstered by Africa Command’s main and largest yearly special operations exercise, which combines the military and law enforcement. The exercise, which made its debut in 2005, is based on respect and cooperation between participants in order to further the common goal of regional stability. Flintlock wants to make it easier for important regional partners to work together across borders, fight violent extremist groups, and protect their citizens while upholding human rights and fostering trust among civilians.
