We’ve all had our share of successes and failures, as well as quitting. That is the nature of existence. However, it is how we deal with the mistakes that allow us to grow as a person. Grit is frequently defined as a combination of tenacity and a genuine desire to improve. Grit is frequently what keeps us going when matters don’t go as expected. To battle the quit demon, you’ll need the right mindset, and as the days transition to nights and it’s cold, dark, wet, and sandy, conflicting ideas can creep into our heads. Never again slip into a routine of self-hatred and failure to achieve anything. Recognize that you are greater than that, or you would not have attempted any Special Ops training program in the first place.
