At a military exercise in the nation’s capital, Ankara, the Turkish Armed Forces demonstrated their might.

Hulusi Akar, the national defense minister, Gen. Yasar Guler, the chief of the general staff, Musa Avsever, the commander of the land forces, Adm. Ercument Tatlioglu, and Gen. Atilla Gulan, the commander of the air force, all took part in Tuesday’s exercise, “Free fire-2022.”The military attachés of numerous nations in Ankara, including Greece, Ukraine, Russia, and the US, attended Free Fire 2022 as well. The joint exercise, which included at least 825 members of the armed forces and special operations units, was designed to highlight the firepower of the Turkish Armed Forces and the potency of the weapons in its arsenal while enhancing fire support coordination. 39 weaponry and weapon systems, such as F-16 fighter jets, T-129 ATAK helicopters, and T-155 Firtina (Storm) howitzers, were used in the event.
