Brandon Russell and Sarah Clendaniel have been charged with plotting to attack Baltimore’s power grid. Russell is a neo-Nazi and founder of Atomwaffen Division, a group aimed at collapsing civilization. Russell was previously sentenced to five years for possession of an unregistered destruction device. The FBI alleged the plot was racially motivated, with about 62% of Baltimore city residents being Black. The FBI said the plot was thwarted with the help of a confidential informant.
