Facebook and Instagram now allow praise for Kyle Rittenhouse | Mashable

Must Read

On August 25, 2020, Kyle Rittenhouse shot to death two persons and wounded a third in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Now, Meta has determined that praising remarks on Facebook and Instagram will no longer be deleted. Facebook’s Brian Fishman tweeted days after Rittenhouse shot Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber that the business was applying its then week-old rule for handling such instances. The firm’s prohibition on discussions about Rittenhouse and the Kenosha killings is being changed back, according to a Meta representative, to enable praise for the shooter once more.
