Making a career change is a challenging but rewarding process that requires careful consideration of push and pull factors, patience, and a willingness to be a beginner again. 

The pandemic has led many people to reconsider their careers and pursue new opportunities in different industries. However, making a career change is not easy, and there are many challenges to consider. Experts advise against taking a promotion if it won’t ultimately make you happy, and caution against talking yourself out of a change out of fear. It’s important to distinguish between “push” and “pull” factors that are driving you to leave your current career, and to be patient and comfortable with being a beginner again. Career transitions take time, effort, and mental energy, but they can lead to personal growth and fulfillment.
