Capt. James Harney has been relieved of his duties as commodore of Amphibious Squadron 5, just six months into his command, due to a loss of confidence in his ability to lead. The Navy, adhering to its policy of high standards for personal and professional conduct, has reassigned Harney to Naval Surface Force Pacific. In his place, Capt. Tate Robinson has assumed command of the San Diego-based squadron.
