Current CISOs deal with problems including burnout, stress, diversity concerns, and barriers to progression every day. He cited the Top Three CISO Challenges. According to Heidrick & Struggles’ 2022 Global CISO Survey (download required), CISOs in the US believe job-related stress (60%) and burnout (53%) are their greatest personal dangers.
