China and Russia both pose a danger to the US. However, how grave is it?
America and its allies may ultimately find themselves waging a two-front war against two countries, fighting just one front. Although an antagonistic relationship between the US and Russia is preferable, it is improbable at the moment. It will need a concerted effort to affect the Sino-Russian relationship to enhance the level of conflict.
The most probable consequence is that the collaboration will continue, with one nation assisting the other when it is mutually beneficial. A formal alliance between China and Russia is also conceivable and may jeopardize the United States’ efforts in the area. A practical method to do this is to reduce the world’s economic and energy dependency on China and Russia. Businesses must be mindful of the risks associated with financial collaborations with China and must have a credible alternative to low-cost Chinese manufacturing.
